摘要
垫状卷柏化学成分多样,至今已发现黄酮类、炔酚类、苯丙素类、有机酸及有机酸酯类、生物碱类、甾体类、等化合物共计86种。垫状卷柏提取物表现出较好的抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗菌、抗氧化、降糖、护肝及止血等药理作用。本文对垫状卷柏的化学成分和药理作用进行梳理,并预测其质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker),建议将穗花杉双黄酮、罗波斯塔双黄酮、扁柏双黄酮、Selaginellin作为垫状卷柏单一成分类Q-Marker备选物质,以期为垫状卷柏进一步深入研究以及建立质量标准体系提供参考。
Selaginella pulvinata has various chemical constituents and a total of 86 compounds such as flavonoids,acetylenic phenols,phenylpropanoids,organic acids and organic acid esters,alkaloids,and steroids have been discovered so far.S.pulvinata extract showed good antitumor,antiviral,antibacterial,antioxidant,hypoglycemic,liver protection,and hemostatic effects in pharmacological models.Herein,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of S.pulvinata were analyzed and its quality marker(Q-marker)was predicted.It is suggested that amentoflavone,robustaflavone,hinokiflavone,and selaginellin be selected as candidate Q-markers for the single-component classification of S.pulvinata,in order to provide a reference for the in-depth study of S.pulvinata and the establishment of a quality standard system.
