摘要
为了评判不同剂量抗菌肽对仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、氧化应激和免疫功能的影响,试验将96头断奶仔猪随机分为对照组、试验A组、试验B组和试验C组,对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验A、B、C组分别添加200、400、600 mg/kg的抗菌肽,共饲喂28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验A、B、C组的平均日增重、平均日采食量均显著上升(P<0.05),料重比和腹泻率均降低,抗氧化能力和免疫相关的蛋白及细胞因子也具有显著改善(P<0.05)。说明抗菌肽添加到日粮中能够有效改善仔猪的生长性能、降低腹泻率,调节氧化应激和免疫功能,可以应用于畜禽养殖中,有助于养猪业的绿色、健康发展。
In this experiment,different amounts of antimicrobial peptides were added to feed for feeding piglets to evaluate their effects on growth performance,diarrhea condition,oxidative stress and immune function.A total of 96 weaned piglets was randomly divided into control group,test group A,test group B and test group C.The piglets in the control group were fed the basal diet,while in the test group A,B and C,200,400,600 mg/kg of antimicrobial peptide were added to the basal diet respectively for 28 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily weight gain and average daily feed intake of experimental group A,B and C were significantly increased(P<0.05),the feed-to-weight ratio and diarrhea rate were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the antioxidant capacity and immunerelated proteins and cytokines were also significantly improved(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of antimicrobial peptides to daily feeds can effectively improve the growth performance of piglets,reduce the diarrhea rate,regulate oxidative stress and immune function,and can be supplemented in the feeding process,contributing to the green and healthy development of pig farming.
