“智慧江苏”市县地理信息公共服务运行监管平台的设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 针对当前江苏省各个市县已建成时空大数据平台普遍面临的推广应用力度不够、运行维护水平不高等问题。本文从创新测绘地理信息省级监管水平的角度,在深入分析市县平台运行监管能力及需求的基础上,设计了依托“智慧江苏”的运行监管平台软件架构。首先,制定了6类监管内容、18个监管指标、88个监管参数的运行监管指标体系;其次,构建了面向市县平台监管的Agent技术,接着提出了基于时间序列与关系型双数据库的存储方法,并采用了基于Telegraf插件和Grafana的多时序监管数据采集与可视化技术;最后,研发设计了市县地理信息公共服务运行监管平台。通过该监管平台,实现了省市县时空大数据平台运行状况和应用效果的监测评估,形成了江苏省时空大数据平台一体化服务体系和常态化监测体系。 The current time-space big data platforms in Jiangsu Province’s cities and counties in are facing widespread challenges in terms of insufficient promotion and low levels of operation and maintenance.This article addresses these issues from the perspective of innovating the provincial-level supervision of geographic information surveying and mapping.A software architecture for an operational supervision platform based on“Smart Jiangsu”is designed after a thorough analysis of the operational supervision capabilities and demands of city and county platforms.First,a comprehensive operational supervision indicator system is established,consisting of six categories of supervision content,18 supervision indicators,and 88 supervision parameters.Subsequently,an agent technology is developed with the purpose of supervising city and county platforms.After that,a time series and relational dual database based storage strategy is proposed.The approach involves utilizing a data collection and visualization technique based on Telegraf plugins and Grafana for multi-time series monitoring data.Finally,a platform for geographical information public services operational supervision in cities and counties is researched and designed.Monitoring and assessment of the operational status and application efficacy of time-space big data platforms at the provincial,municipal,and county-levels are achieved by means of this supervision platform.This contributes to the formation of an integrated service system and a normalized monitoring system for the time-space big data platform in Jiangsu Province.The operational supervision indicator system that has been developed here is crucial in providing a structured and comprehensive approach to monitoring various aspects of the platforms.From data accuracy to system stability,it covers a wide range of content,ensuring a holistic evaluation of the platforms’performance.The precision and efficiency of the monitoring process are improved by the employment of Agent technology,which is specifical
