摘要
研究了乳胶搭配、颜填料搭配以及硅烷偶联剂引入对底漆性能的影响,开发出低透水性高附着力外墙用底漆。结果表明:采用粒径小、玻璃化转变温度低的乳胶复配粒径大、玻璃化转变温度高的乳胶可以平衡底漆透水性和附着力,并提升其对基材的加固性能。采用粗细颜填料搭配可以降低底漆与美纹纸锚固面积,减弱美纹纸撕脱底漆风险;滑石粉的引入可以提升涂膜致密程度与硬度,提升底漆透水性与附着力。开发出的低透水性高附着力外墙用底漆在不同温湿度环境下,均与灰粗腻子具有较强的适配性。
The effects of the combination of latex,the combination of pigment and filler and the introduction of silane coupling agent on the performance of primer were studied,and primer for exterior walls with low water permeability and high adhesion was developed.The results show that the latex with small particle size and low glass transition temperature compounded with the latex with large particle size and high glass transition temperature can balance the water permeability and adhesion of the primer and improve the substrate reinforcement performance.The combination of coarse and fine pigment and filler can reduce the anchoring area of primer and masking paper and reduce the risk of separation of masking paper and primer;the introduction of talcum powder can improve the density and hardness of the coatings film and improve the water permeability and adhesion of the primer.The low water permeability and high adhesion primer for exterior walls developed has strong adaptability with gray coarse putty in different temperature and humidity environments.
