磷化铝残渣水化处理的工艺研究

摘要 目前,在粮食储藏期间,粮仓内害虫防治仍以磷化铝熏蒸为主,受环境保护影响,国家规定磷化铝残渣处理要采用无害化处理。由于专业的磷化铝残渣处理厂家较少,返厂处理存在储存和运输等安全隐患,市场上无生产销售粮库专用的磷化铝残渣无害化处理装置,对于粮库来说进行磷化铝残渣无害化处理仍是一个难题。本文在磷化铝残渣水化处理原理的基础上,结合仓房常规熏蒸使用剂量,探索设计一套灵活方便、安全高效、适用于粮库使用的磷化铝残渣水化处理装置。 At present,during grain storage,aluminium phosphide fumigation is still the main method of pest control in granaries.Affected by environmental protection,the state stipulates that aluminium phosphide residues should be treated innocuously.Since there are few professional aluminium phosphide residue treatment plants,the storage and transportation safety of returning to the factory for treatment such hidden dangers,and there is no aluminium phosphide residue harmless treatment device dedicated to the production and sales of grain depots on the market,the harmless treatment of aluminium phosphide residue for grain depots is still a problem.This article explores the design of a flexible,convenient,safe,efficient,and suitable hydration treatment device for aluminum phosphide residue in grain depots,based on the principle of hydration treatment for aluminum phosphide residue and combined with the conventional fumigation dosage used in warehouses.
