摘要
思政教育是目前高校教育教学改革关注的焦点。重庆医科大学卓越医学本科生导师制(EMTS)是以培养“医学拔尖创新人才”为目标的课外科研创新项目,且在本校医学拔尖创新人才培养方面取得了优异的成绩。分析EMTS项目培养中思政教育的现状及存在的问题,探讨了在EMTS全流程培养中导师育人,课程育人,及科研活动育人“三位一体”思政教育模式的实施过程与方法,并总结了该思政教育模式目前的实践成效。该研究进一步拓展并完善了EMTS项目的培养目标,实现了EMTS项目的思政教育功能,为高校医学拔尖创新人才思想政治教育提供参考。
At present,ideological and political education is the focus of teaching reform in colleges and universities.The EMTS project of Chongqing Medical University aims at cultivating“medical top talents”and enhancing medical students research innovative abilities,and has achieved excellent results.This article analyzed the current situation and problems of ideological and political education in the cultivation of EMTS projects,explored the implementation process and methods for the“trinity”ideological and political education model of mentor education,curriculum education,and scientific research activity education in the entire process of EMTS training,and finally summarized the current practical effectiveness of this ideological and political education model.This study further expands and improves the training objectives of the EMTS project,achieving the ideological and political education function of the EMTS project,and providing reference for the ideological and political education of top innovative medical talents in universities.
