摘要
新时代劳动教育是在马克思主义劳动观、中国共产党劳动教育理论以及中华优秀传统文化中劳动教育理念基础上的继承和发展,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分。新时代劳动教育是加强劳教结合、促进人的自由全面发展,树立正确观念、推动社会和谐发展,提高劳动能力、增强国家综合实力的必然要求。加强顶层设计、贯彻落实方针政策,优化课程设置、提升新时代劳动教育质量,发挥劳模榜样作用、弘扬新时代劳动精神是新时代加强劳动教育的必由之路。
The labor education in the new era is the inheritance and development of the labor education concept based on the Marxist labor view,the labor education theory of the Communist Party of China and the labor education concept in the Chinese excellent traditional culture.It is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.In the new era,labor education is to strengthen the combination of labor and education and promote the free and comprehensive development of human beings;establish the correct concept,promote the harmonious development of society;it is an inevitable requirement to improve labor capacity and enhance the comprehensive strength of the country.Strengthening top-level design and implementing policies;optimizing the curriculum and improve the quality of labor education in the new era;giving full play to the role of model workers and carrying forward the spirit of labor in the new era,which is the only way to strengthen labor education in the new era.
