整合性接合元件及其在猪链球菌中的作用

摘要 猪链球菌是一种人兽共患病病原体,多重耐药猪链球菌的出现给养猪业及人类健康带来了很大的危害。细菌中抗菌药物抗性基因转移主要依赖可移动遗传元件(MGEs)。其中,整合性接合元件(ICEs)在猪链球菌遗传信息交换中占主要地位,它促进了猪链球菌毒性、耐药性等特性的传播,造成抗菌药物抗性基因可在相同/不同种属细菌间转移,导致细菌的耐药机制变得复杂多样,给临床治疗带来很大的困扰。为进一步了解ICEs在猪链球菌中的作用,论文从其发现、分类、存在形式和相互作用、转移途径和相关结构作用及与细菌耐药性和致病性等方面进行综述。 Streptococcus suis is a zoonotic pathogen,and the emergence of multidrug-resistant S.suis poses a great harm to the swine industry and human health.Antibiotic resistance genes transfer in bacteria mainly relies on mobilizable genetic elements(MGEs).Among them,integrative and conjugative elements(ICEs)play an important role in the exchange of genetic information in S.suis,which facilitates the transmission of virulence and drug resistance properties of S.suis,resulting in the transfer of antibiotic resistance genes among bacteria of the same or different species,leading to a complex and diverse mechanism of bacterial drug resistance,which brings great trouble to clinical treatment.In order to further understand the role of ICEs in S.suis,we review its discovery,classification,types of existence and interactions,pathways of metastasis and connected structural effects,and its relationship with drug resistance and pathogenicity.
