摘要
目的 探讨全程护理对糖尿病患者下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗效果的影响。方法 选择2022年1月—2023年1月间在福建省立医院接受介入治疗的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者120例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组、全程护理组,各60例。对照组患者接受常规护理,全程护理组患者在对照组基础上加入全程护理干预。对比两组患者的疼痛程度、护理依从性、生活质量差异。结果 术后48 h,全程护理组的视觉模拟评分(3.58±0.52)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.622,P<0.05)。全程护理组的坚持锻炼(19.97±2.41)分、合理饮食(19.17±2.06)分、规律服药(22.65±2.21)分等护理依从性评分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.315、9.412、3.687,P<0.05)。术后48 h,全程护理组患者健康调查简表各个维度评分值分别高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 全程护理干预可有效减轻下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的术后主观疼痛感受、增加护理依从性、提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of whole course nursing on interventional treatment of lower extremity arte-riosclerosis obliterans in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis oblit-erans who received interventional treatment in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were se-lected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and whole course nursing group with 60 cases each according to the random number table method.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in whole course nursing group were added whole course nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The pain de-gree,nursing compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results 48 h after surgery,the Vi-sual Analogue Scale score of the whole nursing group(3.58±0.52)points was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.622,P<0.05).The nursing compliance scores of patients in the whole nursing group,including adherence to exercise(19.97±2.41)points,reasonable diet(19.17±2.06)points,and regular medication(22.65±2.21)points,were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(t=5.315,9.412,3.687,P<0.05).48 h after surgery,the SF-36 scores of all dimensions in the whole course nursing group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Whole course nursing intervention can effectively reduce the subjective postoperative pain,increase nurs-ing compliance and improve the quality of life of peripheral arterial disease patients.
