维生素D及其类似物防治胰腺癌的研究进展

摘要 胰腺癌具有早期诊断困难、治疗耐药、手术根治率低、预后较差等特点,因此亟须开发有效干预胰腺癌的新策略。维生素不仅在钙磷代谢中发挥重要作用,还与肿瘤等疾病密切相关。维生素D通过参与细胞凋亡、增殖、转移以及调节肿瘤微环境等抑制胰腺癌的发生发展。但目前维生素D缺乏与胰腺癌患病风险及患者病死率的相关性尚未明确,未来仍需更多前瞻性研究阐明维生素D防治胰腺癌的机制及其用于防治胰腺癌的最佳剂量和最佳剂型等,从而为胰腺癌患者的治疗提供新思路。 Pancreatic cancer is characterized by difficulty in early diagnosis,drug resistance,low surgical cure rate,and poor prognosis.So it is urgent to develop new strategies for effective intervention in pancreatic cancer.Vitamins not only play an important role in calcium and phosphorus metabolism,but are also are closely related to diseases such as tumors.Vitamin D inhibits the occurrence and development of pancreatic cancer by participating in apoptosis,proliferation,metastasis,and regulating the tumor microenvironment.However,the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and the risk of pancreatic cancer and the patient mortality rate is not clear.And more prospective studies are needed in the future to clarify the mechanism,the optimal dose and dosage form of vitamin D for the prevention and treatment of pancreatic cancer,so as to provide new therapeutic ideas for the patients.
