摘要
乳腺癌免疫组化结果可以极大地影响治疗方案的初始选择,因乳腺癌有不同的分子分型,且不同患者治疗敏感性不同,因此总体治疗效果差异大。超声作为乳腺癌诊断常用的方法之一,以其价格低廉、便捷、可重复等优点广泛应用于临床。微血流及剪切波弹性成像(SWE)是两个超声新技术,目前能够检测到更细微血流信号的智能多普勒技术得到广泛应用,包括法国声科公司的平面波超敏感血流显像技术(AP),日本东芝公司的超微血管成像技术(SMI)等。作为一种非侵入性方法,AP、SMI对微血管形态的评估可提高乳腺癌侵袭性的预测效率。SWE是一种评估组织硬度的成像技术。本文就两种超声新技术与乳腺癌免疫组化相关性的研究现状进行综述。
Immunohistochemical results of breast cancer can greatly affect the initial choice of treatment scheme.Because breast cancer has different molecular types and different patients have different treatment sensitivity,the overall treatment effect is very different.Ultrasound,as one of the commonly used methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer,is widely used in clinic because of its low cost,convenience,repeatability and other advantages.Superb microvascular imaging and shear wave elastography(SWE)are two new ultrasound technologies,and intelligent Doppler technology that can detect finer blood flow signals is currently widely used,including the Angio Planewave Ultrasensitive(AngioPLUS)Doppler ultrasound from French Supersonic Imagine company and superb microvascular imaging technology(SMI)from Toshiba company in Japan.As a non-invasive method,visual assessment of microvascular morphology using AP and SMI can improve the prediction efficiency of breast cancer invasion.SWE is an imaging technique for evaluating tissue hardness.In this article,we reviewed the research status of the correlation between two new ultrasound techniques and breast cancer immunohistochemistry.
