摘要
变频器作为电力传动的主要驱动设备,其可靠性直接决定了传动系统的稳定性,但作为电气装备其必然存在一定的故障概率。为有效降低电气装备的故障概率,本文提出一种双几余控制系统的方案,通过实际验证可有效降低变频装置的故障机率,进一步提高系统的可靠性。
Various frequency drive work as the main driving equipment of electric drive,its reliability directly determines the stability of the drive system.However,there must be a certain probability of failure during running.This paper proposes a dual redundancy control system scheme in order to effectively reduce the failure probability of electrical equipment.The actual verification can effectively reduce the failure probability of the frequency converter and further improve the reliability of the system.
