摘要
新时代背景下,深化职业院校体育教学改革势如破竹。在“教会、勤练、常赛”理念的指导下,建立一种科学、全面、高效的体育教学新模式,以此来培养学生的学科核心素养和终身体育意识。该研究以江苏联合职业技术学院徐州财经分院在校五年制高职学生为研究对象。首先,对当前体育教学现状进行调研。其次,从实质内涵、逻辑结构、终极目标等方面阐述“学练赛评”一体化教学模式,并在此基础上提出了构建职业院校“学练赛评”一体化教学模式。最后,在实践探索中提出了以下策略:围绕学实现“一二年级必修+三四年级选项教学”课程模式;围绕练成立课外体育社团和课外体育俱乐部联动机制;围绕赛完善校内、校外体育赛事体系阶梯模式;围绕评健全科学多维评价结构体系,以期助力职业院校体育教学改革。
In the context of the new era,deepening the reform of physical education teaching in vocational colleges is overwhelming.Under the guidance of the concept of"teaching well,frequently practising and regularly competing",it is necessary to establish a scientific,comprehensive and efficient new model of physical education teaching to cultivate students'core discipline literacy and lifelong sports awareness.This study takes the five-year vocational college students in Xuzhou Branch of Finance and Economics,Jiangsu Union Technical Institute as research objects.Firstly,it investigates the current situation of physical education teaching.Secondly,it expounds the inherent connotation of the integrated teaching model of"learning,training,competing and scoring"from the aspects of substantive connotation,logical structure and ultimate goals,and on this basis,proposes the construction of the integrated teaching model of"learning,training,competing and scoring"in vocational colleges.Finally,it proposes the following strategies in practical exploration:focus on learning to realize a curriculum model of"compulsory teaching for first and second grades+optional teaching for third and fourth grades",focus on practising to establish a linkage mechanism between extracurricular sports associations and extracurricular sports clubs,focus on competing to improve a ladder model of the on-campus and off-campus sports event system,and focus on scoring to improve a scientific and multidimensional evaluation structure system,with the aim of assisting the reform of physical education teaching in vocational colleges.
