摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)是不参与编码蛋白质的一类RNA。LncRNA在妊娠滋养细胞中有异常表达,并引起多种妊娠相关疾病的发生,但具体机制尚不清楚。LncRNA的表达异常,或通过多条信号通路来调节妊娠期免疫功能、促进炎症因子以及胎盘滋养层细胞增殖、凋亡和侵袭,进而影响胎盘和免疫功能,导致一系列妊娠相关疾病如糖尿病、子痫前期和复发性流产等的发生。对LncRNA SNHG14、OIP5-AS1、MALAT1和MEG3等因子在妊娠相关疾病中的作用机制总结,进一步探讨LncRNA在妊娠期相关疾病中的作用机制,为妊娠期疾病的预防和诊治提供新思路。
Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)are a type of RNA that do not participate in protein coding.LncRNAs exhibit abnormal expression in gestational trophoblasts,leading to the occurrence of various pregnancy-related diseases,but the specific mechanisms remain unclear.The abnormal expression of LncRNAs may regulate pregnancy immune functions,promote inflammatory factors,and affect placental trophoblast cell proliferation,apoptosis,and invasion through multiple signaling pathways.Consequently,this impacts placental and immune functions,leading to a range of pregnancy-related diseases such as diabetes,pre-eclampsia,and recurrent miscarriages.A summary of the roles of factors like LncRNA SNHG14,OIP5-AS1,MALAT1,and MEG3 in pregnancy-related diseases,and further exploration of the mechanisms of LncRNAs in pregnancy-associated diseases,could provide new insights for the prevention and treatment of diseases during pregnancy.
