机载系统通用故障诊断软件平台设计

摘要 针对现有机载系统故障诊断平台存在的诊断策略单一、诊断知识共享性差和平台通用性低等问题,设计了一款基于B/S架构的机载系统通用故障诊断软件平台。平台搭载基于模型、专家知识、数据驱动的故障诊断方法,实现了基于多种方法的故障诊断;基于数据库对系统结构知识、专家知识、数据与诊断结果进行统一管理,实现资源的共享与复用。以某型号无人机大气数据系统为例,验证了平台的有效性,其应用结果表明该软件平台有效提高了机载系统故障诊断自动化水平,具有很强的实用价值。 A general fault diagnosis software platform based on B/S architecture for airborne system is designed to deal with the problems such as single diagnosis strategy,poor diagnosis knowledge sharing,low universality,etc.Equipped with fault diagnosis methods based on model,expert knowledge and data-driven,the platform re-alizes multiple-methods-based fault diagnosis.Based on unified management of system structure knowledge,ex-pert knowledge,data,and diagnosis results using database,the platform realizes resource sharing and reuse.Taking an air data system of a certain type of UAV as an example,the validity of the platform is verified.The application result also suggests that the platform can improve the automation level of fault diagnosis for airborne system and has high practical value.
