摘要
装船设备在出厂前都要对其空气噪声特性进行测量,噪声测量结果的准确度关系到设备能否通过出厂测试,也反映了实验室的检测或测量能力与测量人员的技术水平,所以测量结果不确定度的评定就显得尤为重要。本文依据GJB4058-2000与GJB763.5A-2020两个测试标准,再结合JJF1059.1-2012测量不确定度评定与表示指南,对受试设备空气噪声测量结果的不确定度进行了评定,即体现了噪声测量结果不确定度评定的步骤与内容,还着重讲解了A类评定与B类评定的方法与要点,以及测量不确定度的表达形式,希望能对受测量不确定度评定困扰的测试人员提供一定的帮助。
The loading equipment should measure the air noise characteristics before leaving the factory,the accuracy of the noise measurement results is related to whether the equipment can pass the factory test,but also reflects the detection or measurement ability of the laboratory and the technical level of the measurement personnel,so the evaluation of the uncertainty of the measurement results is particularly important.Based on the two test standards of GJB 4058-2000 and GJB 763.5A-2020,and combined with the JJF 1059.1-2012 measurement uncertainty assessment and presentation guide,the paper reflects the uncertainty assessment of the noise measurement results,and explains the methods and key points of class A and B assessment,as well as the expression form of measurement uncertainty,hoping to provide some help to the testers troubled by the measurement uncertainty assessment.
