摘要
教育家精神的培养源于中国传统教育历史文化的积淀,凝练于一代代教育家的集体人格,是当今时代给出的命题。回答好这一命题,需要厘清教育家精神“是什么”与“怎么做”两大子问题。总的来看,教育家精神不仅要求教师具备过硬的专业技能、与时俱进的治学态度、优秀的个人品质,也要求教师具备服务家国的情怀、自觉的社会责任担当。教育家精神的培养离不开实践的土壤。一方面着眼于教育生态,教育应当具备时代土壤、空间土壤、内部土壤与外部土壤来促进教育家精神的生成;另一方面着眼于教师个体,思想武装、技能提升、情怀生发、榜样示范、打造良好师生关系都是教育家精神形成的可行路径。
Rooted in the accumulation of traditional Chinese education culture and condensing in the personality of generations of educators,the cultivation of educator spirit is a proposition given by today’s times.To answer this question well,clarification of the two major sub-questions of“what”and“how”is needed.Generally speaking,educator spirit not only requires teachers to have excellent professional skills,rigorous attitude and excellent personal qualities,but also requires teachers to have the responsibility to serve the country.The cultivation of educator spirit cannot be separated from the soil of practice.On the one hand,the educator spirit should focus on the ecology of education,in which education should have the soil of times,space,internal and external environment to promote the generation of educator’s spirit;on the other hand,more attentions shoudl be paid to the teachers.Feasible parhs to the formation of educator’s spieit are ideological cultivation,skill enhancement,developing of feelings,role modeling and building a good relationship between teachers and students.
