摘要
城市工业遗存是工业文化遗产的重要组成部分,有助于人们了解一座城市的历史发展.常州依托大运河,成为较早发展工业的城市,因此拥有大量的工业遗存.本文先建立常州老城区工业遗存点空间数据库,采用最近邻指数、地理集中指数、基尼系数等一系列数据分析方法,判断常州老城区不同类型工业遗存的空间分布均衡度,再利用核密度估计法研究常州老城区工业遗存的空间分布特征,最后提出了三条优化策略:发挥高价值工业遗存带头优势,利用热门景点打造工业遗产高密度聚集区,推动城市公共空间建设.研究期望为工业遗存的维护与可持续发展提供参考思路.
Urban industrial remains are an important part of industrial cultural heritage,and they help people understand the historical development of a city.Taking advantage of the Grand Canal,Changzhou has started to develop industries at an early time,and thus possesses a large number of industrial remains.This research first establishes a spatial database of industrial remains in the old downtown area of Changzhou,adopts data analysis such as nearest neighbor index,geographic concentration index,and Gini coefficient to examine the equilibrium degree in spatial distribution of different types of industrial remains.Then the author uses kernel density estimation to study the spatial distribution characteristics of the industrial remains in the area.Finally three optimization strategies are proposed:taking full advantage of high-value industrial remains,creating a high-density cluster of industrial remains by virtue of popular attractions,and facilitating the construction of urban public space.The research is expected to provide reference for the maintenance and sustainable development of industrial remains.
