摘要
数字孪生城市建设为城市精细化治理和服务提供了新的契机,现已逐渐成为各地智慧城市建设的主流模式。城市信息模型(CIM)平台作为城市数字孪生底座平台的建设基础,对于构建城市空间数字化能力具有重要作用。文章首先梳理了CIM的发展背景,辨析CIM与数字孪生城市之间的关系,并在此基础上说明CIM平台的建设重点,最后结合部分城市的创新实践,指出了CIM建设存在的问题与未来发展方向。
The construction of digital twin cities has provided a new opportunity for the refinement of urban governance and services,and has gradually become the mainstream model of smart city construction in various regions.The city information model(CIM)platform,as the construction foundation of the city digital twin base platform,plays an important role in building the city spatial digital capacity.This paper first combs the development background of CIM,differentiates the relationship between CIM and digital twin cities,and on this basis explains the key points of CIM platform construction.Finally,combined with the innovative practice of some cities,it points out the existing problems and future development direction of CIM construction.
