摘要
放空管作为燃气管道安全系统的重要组成部分,起着保护管网安全运行和减小事故后果的作用,其设计的可行性、合理性、安全性尤为重要。而我国目前大多采用国外的在线模拟软件进行燃气管网的放空仿真,局限于价格昂贵、软件可控性差以及难以针对具体的工况进行二次设计,因此对燃气管网动态仿真软件的应用具有重要意义。本文对城市燃气管道放空系统进行仿真软件开发,利用编程语言进行模拟,验证了所开发软件的可用性,并采用控制变量法分析探究不同影响因素下对放空过程的影响。
As an important part of the gas pipeline safety system,the venting pipe plays a role in protecting the safe operation of the network and reducing the consequences of accidents,and the feasibility,rationality and safety of its design are particularly important.In China,most foreign online simulation software is currently used for gas pipeline network venting simulation,but it is limited to expensive,poorly controllable software and difficult to carry out secondary design for specific working conditions,so the application of dynamic simulation software for gas pipeline network is of great significance.In this paper,we develop simulation software for city gas pipeline venting system,use programming language for simulation,verify the usability of the developed software,and use the control variable method to analyze and investigate the influence of different influencing factors on the venting process.
