摘要
学生心理资本与成就动机是教育领域中备受关注的重要议题。以江苏理工学院500名中高职升本学生为研究对象,对其心理资本、成就动机的现状及二者之间的影响效应进行实证研究。结果显示:中高职升本学生的心理资本水平较高,成就动机水平较低,中高职升本学生心理资本对成就动机具有显著预测作用。因此,从学校、家庭和社会等角度提出培育方案,为中高职升本学生心理资本建设提供参考。
Students'psychological capital and achievement motivation are important topics that have received much research attention in the field of education.Taking 500 students from Jiangsu University of Technology who have been promoted from secondary vocational schools and higher vocational college to undergraduate education as the research object,an empirical study was conducted on their psychological capital,achievement motivation,and the impact effect between them.The results showed that the psychological capital level of students who have been promoted from secondary vocational schools and higher vocational college to undergraduate education is high,and the level of each dimension is high.The level of motivation to pursue success is high,and the level of motivation to avoid failure is low.The psychological capital of students who have been promoted from secondary vocational schools and higher vocational college to undergraduate education has a significant predictive effect on achievement motivation.Therefore,cultivation plans are proposed from different schools,families,and society to provide a reference for the construction of psychological capital of students who have been promoted from secondary vocational schools and higher vocational college to undergraduate education.
