摘要
以新疆地区某供热服务区为研究对象,通过运用庭院管网智能平衡调控系统,分析其2022-2023年供暖季运行数据,探讨智能平衡调控的有效性。结果表明:在庭院管网智能平衡调控系统中,回水温度失衡度不能衡量系统的水力失调程度,用户室温在各个温度区间的占比在一定程度上可以表征系统水力失调程度,用户室温分布得越离散,系统水力失调程度越大;系统平衡调控是一个由大到小、由整体到局部的反复调节过程。
Taking a heating service area in Xinjiang region as the research object,this paper analyzes the operation data of its 2022-2023 heating season and discusses the effectiveness of intelligent balance control by using the courtyard pipe network intelligent balance control system.The results indicate that in the intelligent balance control system of courtyard pipeline network,the imbalance degree of return water temperature cannot measure the degree of hydraulic imbalance in the system,and the distribution of user room temperature can to some extent characterize the degree of hydraulic imbalance in the system;System balance regulation is a process of repeated regulation from large to small,from overall to local;By balancing regulation,the degree of hydraulic imbalance and energy consumption of the system can be reduced,achieving energy-saving and emission reduction effects.
