再生复合轨枕有砟轨道疲劳试验

摘要 为探究再生复合轨枕有砟轨道的疲劳特性,建立了有砟轨道结构足尺模型,开展疲劳试验,测试并分析了不同荷载循环次数下的钢轨-轨枕相对位移、轨距、轨枕-道床垂向相对位移和道床下沉量等参数及其变化规律。研究结果表明:所测试的参数均随荷载循环次数的增加而变化,当荷载循环次数达到150万次后趋于稳定;再生复合轨枕具有良好的弹性,减小了道床下沉量;再生复合轨枕有砟轨道300万次疲劳荷载后仍能保持良好的轨道状态,具有良好的耐久性。 To investigate the fatigue performance of the recycled composite sleeper(RCS)ballasted track,a full-scale model of ballasted track was eatablished and fatigue tests were conducted.The relative displacement of rail and sleeper,gauge,the relative vertical displacement of sleeper and ballast bed and subsidence of ballast bed were measured and the change rules of the parameters with the number of load cycles were analyzed.The results show that the tested parameters all change with the increase in the number of load cycles,and tend to stabilize after reaching 1.5 million cycles.The RCSs have good elasticity,which reduces the subsidence of the ballast bed.The RCS ballasted track can still maintain good condition after 3 million cycles,which indicates that the RCS ballasted track has good durability.
