摘要
针对某油田老区弱酸性产出水处理过程中污泥产生量大、后期处置难度和成本高的难题,在分析污泥来源的基础上,通过高效除油、氧化、净化工艺比选,结合站内现有水处理工艺,确定了“一级气浮除油+电化学氧化+二级气浮净化”的除油降泥工艺技术。现场试验结果表明,该工艺出水水质可满足油藏回注水标准要求,污泥降减率达到80%以上,一级气浮原油回收率达85.2%,污水处理直接运行成本降低0.17元/m^(3)。对高含水油田采出水站内集中处理、优化改造、边远区块与集输系统前端实施“短流程”处理具有较高推广应用价值和借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problems of large sludge generation,difficulty and high cost of late disposal during the treatment of weak acid produced water in an old area of an oil field,based on the analysis of sludge source,through the comparison and selection of efficient oil removal,oxidation and purification processes,combined with the existing water treatment processes in the station,the oil removal and sludge reduction technology of“primary air floating oil removal+electrochemical oxidation+secondary air floating purification”was determined.Field test results showed that the effluent quality of this process can meet the standard requirements of reservoir reinjection,the sludge reduction rate was more than 80%,the recovery rate of primary air floating crude oil was 85.2%,and the direct operating cost of sewage treatment was reduced by 0.17 RMB/m^(3).It had high application value and reference significance for centralized treatment,optimization and transformation of produced water station in high water cut oilfield,and implementation of“short flow”treatment in remote block and front end of gathering and transportation system.
