摘要
目的探究非创伤性修复技术与常规修复方式治疗儿童乳牙龋齿的临床疗效。方法选取2021年1—10月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的60例儿童乳牙龋齿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为非创伤修复组(非创伤性修复技术)与常规修复组(常规修复),每组30例。比较两组临床疗效、修复时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、配合度、满意度。结果非创伤修复组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于常规修复组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非创伤修复组修复时间短于常规修复组,VAS评分低于常规修复组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非创伤修复组总配合度为80.00%,高于常规修复组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非创伤修复组总满意率为100.00%,高于常规修复组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非创伤性修复技术治疗儿童乳牙龋齿效果显著,能明显缩短修复治疗时间,减轻疼痛程度,提高配合率和满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of non-invasive restoration techniques and conventional restoration methods in the treatment of deciduous dental caries in children.Methods A total of 60 children with deciduous dental caries admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the non-traumatic repair group(non-traumatic repair technique)and the conventional repair group(conventional repair),with 30 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,repair time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,cooperation and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the non-traumatic repair group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the conventional repair group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The repair time in the non-traumatic repair group was shorter than that in the conventional repair group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the conventional repair group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total cooperation degree in the non-traumatic repair group was 80.00%,which was higher than 50.00%in the conventional repair group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the non-traumatic repair group was 100.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the conventional repair group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-traumatic restorative technology has remarkable effect on treating children's deciduous teeth caries,which can obviously shorten the time of restorative treatment,reduce the degree of pain,improve the cooperation rate and satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
