摘要
海洋油气资源主要为石油与天然气,随着我国石油工业的不断发展,各种非标作业工艺和非标作业工具层出不穷。连续油管技术是目前海上油田压裂、排采等工艺中重要的作业手段,常规连续油管技术在井况较差、作业时间偏长的情况下,容易出现问题。基于此,在常规石油工业中引入油田连续管快速小修作业技术,改良设备的运行状态,作业过程更加可靠、稳定、高效。对油田连续管快速小修作业进行技术经济评价,并对比了该技术相较于常规工艺方案在施工质量与经济效益上的优势,真正实现了降本增效,油田生产质量、生产效率显著提高。
Ofshore oil and gas resources are mainly oil and natural gas,with the continuous development of China's petroleum industry,a.variety of non-standard work processes and non--standard work tools are emerging.Continuous tubing technology is an important working tool in the process of fracturing,drainage and extraction in ofshore oil fields,etc.Conventional continuous tubing technology is prone to problems in the case of poor well conditions and long operation time.Based on this,the introduction of oilfeld continuous tubing rapid minor repair operation technology in the conventional oil industry improves the operation status of the equipment,and the operation process is more reliable,stable and efficient.The technical and economic evaluation of the oilfield continuous pipe rapid minor repair operation,and compared the advantages of this technology compared with the conventional process plan in the construction quality and economic benefits,and really achieve cost reduction and eficiency,oilfeld production quality,production fficiency significantly improved.
