钢铁企业大型运输装备节能减污降碳的运用实践

摘要 为了实现“双碳”目标,国家采取了一系列措施,进行能源结构调整、绿色技术创新,并制定了相关的政策法规,钢铁企业环保压力巨大,尤其是毗邻城市的钢铁企业,亟需从钢铁企业内部各工序源头寻求减排方案,实现超低排放。基于此,从钢铁企业内大型运输装备工矿型内燃机车运用角度,分析了传统的老旧内燃机车向混合动力机车改造过渡的可行性。在机车改造时,既注重经济适用,又兼顾节能、环保,实现了低成本运营和清洁生产运输目标,创造了显著的经济效益和社会效益,对同行业机车改造具有重要的借鉴意义。 In order to achieve the"dual carbon"goal,the country has taken a series of measures to adjust energy structure,innovate green technology,and formulate relevant policies and regulations.Steel enterprises face enormous environmental pressure,especially those in neighboring cities.It is urgent to seek emission reduction solutions from the sources of various processes within steel enterprises to achieve ultra-low emissions.Based on this,the feasibility of transitioning from traditional old diesel locomotives to hybrid electric locomotives was analyzed from the perspective of the application of large-scale transportation equipment industrial and mining diesel locomotives in steel enterprises.During locomotive renovation,attention was paid to both economic applicability and energy conservation and environmental protection,achieving the goals of low-cost operation and clean production transportation,creating significant economic and social benefits,which has important reference significance for locomotive renovation in the same industry.
