摘要
高校教育质量想要稳定提升,就必须持续对高校教育管理模式进行创新。目前在经济和技术飞速发展的当下,我国高校教育管理模式主要存在教育目标与内容相对陈旧、教育手段不注重人文关怀、管理制度缺少科学性价值的一系列问题。对此,基于新形势对高校教育管理提出了更为严峻的挑战这一前提,高校教育管理模式应该结合时代背景创新管理内容,并积极优化管理团队的工作质量,重塑教育管理的考评体系,更要以科学思维为主导,以监管为前提重新设立教育内部的管理制度。从而从内在逻辑和外部监管两个角度,对高校教育管理模式进行创新优化。
In order to steadily improve the quality of higher education,we must continue to innovate the management mode of higher education.At present,with the rapid development of economy and technology,there are a series of problems in the educational management mode of China's colleges and universities,the education management mode of colleges and universities should innovate the management content in combination with the background of the times,actively optimize the work quality of the management team,reshape the evaluation system of education management,and more importantly,reestablish the internal management system of education based on scientific thinking and supervision.Thus,from the perspective of internal logic and external supervision,we can innovate and optimize the university education management mode.
