摘要
目的 分析在老年性骨质疏松患者护理中施以综合康复护理的临床效果。方法 便利选取2020年1月—2022年12月在新沂市人民医院接受治疗的72例老年骨质疏松症患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,各36例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组施综合康复护理。对比两组疼痛情况、生活能力、心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果 护理后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活能力评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为2.78%,较对照组的22.22%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.571,P<0.05)。结论 综合康复护理应用于老年性骨质疏松患者护理中,可以改善患者疼痛情况,提高患者生活能力,改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪,减少并发症。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care in the care of elderly osteoporosis patients.Methods 72 elderly patients with osteoporosis who received treatment at Xinyi People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation care.Compared the pain situation,living ability,psychological state,and incidence of complications between two groups.Results After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the living ability scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than the control group's 22.22%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.571,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing application in the care of elderly osteoporosis patients can improve the pain condition of the patients,improve the patients' ability to live,improve the anxiety and depression of the patients,and reduce the complications.
