团体认知行为干预治疗精神分裂症幻听的效果评价 被引量:1

Effect evaluation of group cognitive-behavioral intervention in auditory hallucinations of schizophrenia

摘要 目的探讨团体认知行为干预治疗精神分裂症幻听的临床疗效。方法选取115例有幻听症状的精神分裂症患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组58例和研究组57例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予团体认知行为干预。在干预前后应用精神症状评定量表-幻听分量表(PSYRATS-AH)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和一般自我效能量表(GSES)进行效果评价。结果完成研究的患者共106例,对照组53例、研究组53例。干预后,研究组患者PSYRATS-AH总分及对声音起源的信念、令人痛苦的声音数量、痛苦的程度、对生活的影响、对声音的控制评分及SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团体认知行为干预能减轻幻听对患者的负面影响,降低患者的焦虑水平,提升患者应对幻听的自我效能感。 Objective To explore the effect of group cognitive-behavioral intervention(GCBI)in auditory hallucinations of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 115 schizophrenics with auditory hallucinations were divided into control(n=58)and research(n=57)group according to random number table method.The controls received routine nursing and research group did the GCBI on the basis of the controls.Before and after intervention effects were evaluated using the Psychotic Symptom Rating Scale-Auditory Hallucinations(PSYRATS-AH),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES).Results A total of 106 patients completed the study,with 53 cases in each group.After intervention the total,beliefs about the origin of sound,the number of distressing sounds,the degree of distress,the impact on life,the control over sound score of the PSYRATS-AH and the SAS score were lower(P<0.05 or 0.01)and the GSES scores higher(P<0.05)in the research than control group.Conclusion The GCBI could alleviate negative effects of auditory hallucinations on patients,lower patients'anxiety levels,promote patients'self-efficacy coping auditory hallucinations.
