摘要
设计思维对创新价值的影响随着创新情境如何变化还知之甚少。面向过程与结果的双重不确定性,研究将创新展开为有限理性主体面向价值创造的方案试错与面向价值捕获的利益磋商的互动迭代过程,构建设计思维自身特征影响创新价值的过程框架,揭示设计思维影响创新价值的机制。研究表明:首先,除拥抱失败负向影响商业模式创新价值以外,设计思维均正向影响两类创新价值;其次,聚焦利益相关者和拥抱失败对技术创新价值的影响大于商业模式创新;最后,多集群协作和溯因推理对商业模式创新价值的影响大于技术创新。研究一方面揭示了设计思维影响两类创新价值的差异,另一方面探索了设计思维在两类创新中的应用重点的不同,为企业“量体裁衣”地应用设计思维优化创新以应对数智环境提供了新思路。
Design thinking is a powerful tool for innovation activities in many companies because of its positive impact on the process and goals of innovation.However,the differences in design thinking affecting innovation value in different types of innovation are yet to be analyzed.Few studies have focused on which characteristics of design thinking are more important in different types of innovation.How do these characteristics influence the formation of innovation value?Focusing on the reality of China in the era of digital intelligence,it is significant to analyze how design thinking affects the value of innovation when applied to two different types of innovation:technology innovation and business model innovation.Only in this way can companies“tailor”design thinking to optimize technological innovation or business model innovation.Faced with the dual uncertainty of process and outcome this paper constructs a process framework of design thinking characteristics influencing innovation value to reveal the mechanism of design thinking affecting innovation value which unfolds innovation as an interactive iterative process of trial and error that solutions and negotiation of benefits under subjects′limited rationality.This paper views innovation as a continuous iterative process of interest negotiation and solution trial and error in design thinking.This study compares the differences in the impact of the four characteristics of design thinking on innovation value formation during the iterative process of interest consultation-solution trial and error interaction.Finally,based on the interaction of value creation and acquisition in the innovation process,we argue that the successive iterative units consisting of benefit consultation and solution trial and error form the micro-process of design thinking in the innovation process.The study shows that:firstly,design thinking positively affects the value of both types of innovation,except for embracing failure,which negatively affects the value of business model innovat
