摘要
采用LMDI模型与PDA模型相结合的方法,测度和考察了2006—2019年我国及各省碳生产率的动态演变规律及驱动因素,讨论了各省对全国碳生产率变动的贡献与差异。研究发现,各省碳生产率演进呈现明显的马太效应,并受技术效率效应、生产技术效应、资本能源替代效应、劳动能源替代效应、能耗强度效应、产业结构效应和地区格局效应等因素驱动,江苏、山东和广东等省份对全国碳生产率提升贡献较大。
Carbon productivity combines high-quality economic development,energy technology innovation,and environ-mental protection.The improvement of carbon productivity is related to constructing ecological civilization and realizing the national"carbon peak and carbon neutral"strategic goal.This paper measures and investigates the dynamic evolution and driving factors of China's national and provincial carbon productivity from 2006 to 2019 to discuss the contribution and difference of regional carbon productivity using the LMDI and PDA models.The results show that the evolution of regional carbon productivity presents a noticeable Matthew effect.Carbon productivity is driven by technological efficiency effect,production technology effect,capital and energy substitution effect,labor and energy substitution effect,energy intensity effect,industrial structure effect,and regional pattern effect.Jiangsu,Shandong,and Guangdong contribute significantly to improving national carbon productivity.This paper provides theoretical reference and policy support for China to achieve the"carbon peak and carbon neutral"goal and face global resource shortage and climate change.
