稀土元素钇对K4648高温合金性能的影响

摘要 采用不含钇和含0.02%钇的两种配方,同一工艺路线经过固溶和时效后,对不加钇和加钇的K4648合金试样分别进行室温拉伸试验、高温持久试验和抗氧化试验。结果表明,加入0.02%钇后,断后伸长率平均值由9.6%提升至14.5%;冲击韧性平均值由21.5 J/cm^(2)提升至24.4J/cm^(2);在环境温度800℃并施加206 MPa应力下,试样持久寿命由50 h提升至60 h;合金的抗氧化性能也得到进一步提升,但对合金室温拉伸强度影响不大。 After solid solution and aging, the samples of K4648 alloy without yttrium and with yttrium addition were prepared by the same process, using two formulations without yttrium and with 0.02% yttrium. Tensile test at room temperature, high temperature endurance test and anti-oxidation test were carried out respectively.The results showed that after adding 0.02% yttrium, the average elongation increased from 9.6% to 14.5%,the average value of impact toughness increased from 21.5 J/cm^(2) to 24.4 J/cm^(2), and the sample's durable life increased from 50 h to 60 h. However, it had little effect on the tensile strength at room temperature.
