摘要
本文提出了一种Bank Hash的方法,将原来相邻的同一Bank不同页的访问映射成不同Bank的访问,只需等待t_(RRD),时间大致在10 ns以内,远小于t_(RC),可提高访问效率。结果表明,对于一个4K ARGB格式图像,旋转访问效率提升了6倍左右,符合显示帧率要求,同时该方法也不会对非旋转访问造成损失。
This paper proposes a Bank Hash method that maps visits from adjacent pages of the same Bank to visits from different Banks.It only requires waiting for t_(RRD),which takes about 10 ns,much less than t_(RC),to improve access efficiency.The results show that for a 4K ARGB format image,the rotation access efficiency is improved by about 6times,which meets the display frame rate requirements.At the same time,this method does not cause any loss to non rotation access.
