摘要
目的 针对行为分阶段改变理论视角下的匹配护理模式在乳腺癌术后乳房重建患者康复中的应用效果进行分析。方法 本研究所选取的研究对象均为乳腺癌术后乳房重建患者,对2022年1月至2023年3月的40例患者实施行为分阶段改变理论视角下的匹配护理模式干预,并将其作为干预组,而2020年3月至2021年12月的40例患者则为对照组。比较两组的各项指标。结果 干预组乳腺癌术后乳房重建患者引流时间、自理能力恢复时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组,总引流量少于对照组,希望水平、心理弹性评分、积极应对方式评分、各项生活质量评分及满意度均高于对照组,干预组的并发症总发生率比对照组更低,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 行为分阶段改变理论视角下的匹配护理模式应用于乳腺癌术后乳房重建患者康复中可显著改善其术后效果评价指标,提高希望水平、心理弹性及对康复锻炼、生活困境的积极面对能力,显著提高其生活质量及护理满意度,减少并发症的发生,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of matching nursing model from the perspective of behavioral stage change theory in the rehabilitation of patients with breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.Methods The research objects selected in this study are all patients with breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.Forty patients from January 2022 to March2023 were treated with matched nursing mode intervention from the perspective of behavior phased change theory,and they were taken as the intervention group,while 40 patients from March 2020 to December 2021 were the control group.Compare the various indicators of two groups.Results The drainage time,the recovery time of self-care ability,the average hospital stay of the patients with breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery in the intervention group were shorter than those in the control group,the total drainage volume was less than that in the control group,and the hope level,psychological resilience score,positive coping style score,various quality of life scores and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group.The total incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the above differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of the matching nursing model from the perspective of behavioral stage change theory in the rehabilitation of breast reconstruction patients after breast cancer surgery can significantly improve the evaluation index of postoperative effect,improve the level of hope,psychological resilience and positive ability to face rehabilitation exercises and life difficulties,significantly improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is worthy of clinical wide application.
