电气工程自动化控制技术是现代工业生产过程中不可或缺的一部分,而PLC技术作为一种常用的自动化控制技术,其在工业自动化控制中的应用和研究一直备受关注。基于此,介绍PLC原理、组成结构、工作原理和性能指标。在PLC在工业控制中的应用部分,讨论PLC在工业自动化控制、离散制造业和连续制造业中的应用。在PLC在管理控制中的应用部分,探讨PLC在管理控制、智能建筑控制和交通运输控制中的应用。旨在对PLC技术在电气工程自动化控制中的应用进行深入分析和探讨,以期为工程师和学者提供参考,对推动工业自动化控制技术的发展起到促进作用。
Electrical engineering automation control technology is an indispensable part of modern industrial production processes,and PLC technology,as a commonly used automation control technology,has always received attention in its application and research in industrial automation control.This article introduces the principle,composition,working principle,and performance indicators of PLC.In the application section of PLC in industrial control,the application of PLC in industrial automation control,discrete manufacturing,and continuous manufacturing was discussed.In the application section of PLC in management control,the application of PLC in management control,intelligent building control,and transportation control was explored.This article aims to conduct in-depth analysis and exploration of the application of PLC technology in electrical engineering automation control,in order to provide reference for engineers and scholars,and play a positive role in promoting the development of industrial automation control technology.
