摘要
研制了一种运载火箭连接器零秒脱落及防护装置。介绍了这一装置的结构和工作原理,分析了装置内的连接器防护机构,进行了主要器件选型,并进行了电磁阀振动试验和连接器防护机构动作时间试验。这一装置满足运载火箭的发射需求,具有较高的可靠性,并且具有重复使用的快速恢复能力。
A type of zero-second shedding and protective device for launch vehicle connector had been developed.The structure and working principle of this device were introduced,the connector protection mechanism in the device was analyzed,the type of main device was selected,and solenoid valve vibration test and connector protection mechanism action time test were carried out.This device meets the launch needs of launch vehicle,has high reliability,and has the ability to recover quickly with repeated use.
