摘要
基础护理技能训练是护理学专业的专业综合实践环节,在强化护生临床护理操作技能上发挥了重要的作用。随着医学教育的改革,传统的基础护理技能训练已无法满足应用实践型护理人才培养的需求。因此,本文在总结基础护理技能训练现状与存在问题的基础上,就以岗位胜任力为导向的训练模式在基础护理技能训练中的应用进行探讨,以期为培养具有实践型、岗位胜任力的临床护生提供参考。
Basic nursing skill training is a professional comprehensive practice course of nursing major,which plays an important role in strengthening the clinical nursing skills of nursing students.With the change of educational concept and the reform of medical education,the traditional basic nursing skills training has been unable to meet the needs of practical nursing personnel training.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing the status quo and existing problems of basic nursing skills training,this paper discusses the application of post competency oriented training mode in basic nursing skills training,In order to provide reference for training clinical nursing students with practical and post competence.
