摘要
雨水作为一种可收集利用的非常规水资源,其资源化利用可以缓解城市内涝与水资源短缺问题。通过综合分析1932—2020年降雨数据,结合土地利用、土壤类型和DEM数据构建的SCS模型,估算了西安市主城区在不同降雨频率下的雨水资源化潜力,分析了雨水潜在用户需水量,并量化雨水效益。结果表明:不同设计水平年雨水资源化潜力为0.91亿~2.09亿m^(3);雨水潜在用户需求量为8 237.9万m^(3);不同设计水平年效益为4.21亿~5.71亿元;建议在透水地面、水系、道路、建筑和小区等区域采取下凹式绿地、透水铺装、生态滞留池和绿色屋顶等工程措施,结合西安市出台的政策体系,合理利用雨水资源,推动西安市未来发展。
As an unconventional water resource that can be collected and utilized,rainwater can alleviate the problems of urban waterlogging and water shortage.Through the comprehensive analysis of rainfall data from 1932 to 2020,combined with the SCS model constructed by land use,soil type and DEM data,the rainwater resource potential of the main urban area of Xi'an under different rainfall frequencies is estimated,the water demand of potential rainwater users is analyzed,and the rainwater utilization benefits are quantified.The results show that:The rainwater resources potential of different design level years is 91~209 million m^(3);the potential demand for rainwater is 82.379 million m^(3);the benefit of different design level years is 421~571 million yuan.It is suggested that the construction of sunken green space,permeable pavement,ecological retention pool and green roof should be adopted in the areas of permeable ground,water system,roads,buildings and communities.Combined with the policy system issued by Xi'an Municipal Government,rainwater resources should be rationally utilized to promote the future development of Xi'an City.
