摘要
介绍了填塞箱式纤维卷曲机的主要结构组成及其特点,卷曲机安装与使用注意事项,设备操作运行调整及检查要点,对常见故障进行了分析。为达到纤维良好的卷曲效果,减少故障的发生,给出常见卷曲调整方法和故障排查检修方案。
The main structure and characteristics of the stuffing box type fiber crimper,the precautions for the installation and use of the crimper,the operation and operation adjustment of the equipment and the key points of inspection are introduced.The common faults are analyzed.In order to achieve good crimp effect and avoid fault,common crimp adjustment methods and troubleshooting schemes are given.
