石墨烯/尼龙6纺丝级切片聚合工艺

摘要 由于石墨烯发射的远红外波振动频率与人体内细胞分子的振动频率非常接近,可以与人体内分子共振产生热能,热能深入皮下组织,引起温度升高,从而促进血液循环和新陈代谢。利用石墨烯的上述功能,将石墨烯与尼龙6相结合,生产出石墨烯/尼龙6功能性切片,介绍了石墨烯/尼龙6聚合生产时的原辅料和公用介质,并详细介绍了石墨烯/尼龙6的聚合工艺。 Because the far-infrared wave vibration frequency emitted by graphene is very close to the vibra⁃tion frequency of cell molecules in the human body,it can resonate with the molecules in the human body to generate heat energy,heat energy goes deep into the subcutaneous tissue,causing temperature rise,thus promoting blood circulation and metabolism.Using the above functions of graphene,graphene and nylon 6 were combined to produce graphene/nylon 6 functional chip.The raw materials and auxiliary materials and common media in the polymerization of graphene/nylon 6 were introduced,and the polymerization process of graphene/nylon 6 was introduced in detail.
