摘要
目的筛选贵州产积雪草的适宜采收期,为积雪草的科学采收和合理利用提供数据支持。方法研究以积雪草为实验药材,参照《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版一部积雪草项下方法对不同采收期积雪草药材的性状、折干率、总灰分、浸出物、积雪草苷、羟基积雪草苷以及含叶量进行比较分析;采用熵权法结合层次分析法进行多指标复合加权评分并排序,确定积雪草最佳采收期。结果不同采收期积雪草药材产量和品质差异较大,全年中7月—9月的折干率、叶含量、积雪草苷以及羟基积雪草苷含量显著较高,总灰分含量较低;1月—2月浸出物含量相比其他采收期较高;9月—10月叶长叶宽叶柄长度茎直径达到顶峰,随采收期的推迟开始逐渐减小;积雪草药材样品色泽整体变化趋势由灰绿色向黄绿色转变,再转变为黄棕色,最后变为灰绿色;6月—8月有花,4月—10月有果;通过主、客观赋权法熵权法-层次分析法计算复合评分,排在前3的采收期分别是8月15日、8月30日、9月15日,排在最后的是1月4日。结论贵州产积雪草采收期以八月中旬至九月中旬为宜。
Objective To screen the suitable harvest period of Jixuecao(Centella asiatica)so as to provide a theoretical basis for scientific harvesting and rational utilization of Jixuecao(Centella asiatica).Methods In this study,wild Jixuecao(Centella asi⁃atica)was used as the experimental material,and the properties and characteristics of the drying rate,the total ash content,the extract,asiaticoside,madecassoside and leaf content of Jixuecao(Centella asiatica)at different harvesting periods were described with reference to the methods under the 2020 edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China.The entropy weight method combined with the analytic hierarchy process was used to carry out the multi-index composite weighted scoring and sor⁃ting,and the best harvesting period of Jixuecao(Centella asiatica)was screened.Results The harvesting period has a great influ⁃ence on the quality and yield of Jixuecao(Centella asiatica).The dry rate,leaf content,the contents of madecassoside and made⁃cassoside are significantly higher from July to September in the whole year,and the total ash content is significantly lower.The contents of extracts from January to February is higher than that of other months.From September to October,leaf length,leaf width,petiole length and stem diameter reach the peak,and gradually decrease with the delay of the harvesting period.The over⁃all change trend of the color of the sample changes from gray-green to yellow-green,then to yellow-brown,and finally to gray-green;there are flowers from June to August,and fruits from April to October.Through the subjective and objective weigh⁃ting method the entropy weight method-analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the composite score.The top three har⁃vest periods are August 15th,August 30th and September 15th,and the last one is January 4th.Conclusion The suitable harvest period of Jixuecao(Centella asiatica)is from mid-August to mid-September.
