摘要
癫痫是一种常见的严重影响人类生活、危害人体健康的神经系统功能异常的慢性、反复发作性疾病。脑卒中后癫痫是后天性癫痫中最常见的形式之一,中医药在治疗脑卒中后癫痫方面的作用和优势越来越显著,文章拟对近年来中医药治疗脑卒中继发癫痫的相关研究进展进行总结,以期为今后的临床工作和研究提供更有力的数据支撑。
Epilepsy is a common disorder of abnormal nervous system function that seriously affects human life and endangers human health.Post-stroke epilepsy is one of the most common forms of acquired epilepsy in the clinical setting,and the effects and benefits of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of post-stroke epilepsy are becoming more and more noticeable and remarkable.In this paper,it aimed to summarize the research progress related to epilepsy secondary to stroke in three aspects:etiology,history and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,with a view to providing stronger data support for future clinical work and research.
