液压支架主阀体零件柔性生产工艺规划研究

摘要 【目的】液压支架主阀体零件的生产模式为典型的多品种、小批量生产模式。针对主阀体零件传统单机生产工艺效率低的问题,对单元柔性化生产工艺规划进行研究。【方法】通过分析不同规格主阀体零件的加工工艺特征,合理布局柔性生产单元。通过设计成组化专用夹具,实现多品种规格主阀体零件柔性化生产。【结果】研究单元柔性化生产工艺对提高主阀体零件生产效率及产品质量具有重要意义,为主阀体零件生产企业实现数字化、智能化生产奠定工艺技术基础。【结论】后续研究还需在此研究基础上不断改善,持续优化主阀零件生产加工工艺流程,不断提升主阀零件单元柔性化生产效能和产品质量。 [Purposes]The production mode of the main valve body parts of hydraulic support is a typical multi-variety and small batch production mode.Aiming at the problem of low efficiency in traditional single machine production process of main valve body parts,this paper conducts a study on unit flexible production process planning.[Methods]By analyzing the processing characteristics of different specifications of main valve body parts,a reasonable layout of flexible production units is achieved.By designing modular specialized fixtures,flexible production of various specifications of main valve body parts can be achieved.[Findings]Studying the unit flexible production process is of great significance in improving the production efficiency and product quality of the main valve body parts,and laying a technological foundation for the digitalization and intelligent production of the main valve body parts production enterprises.[Conclusions]Further research needs to be continuously improved based on this research,continuously optimizing the production and processing process of main valve parts,and continuously improving the flexible production efficiency and product quality of main valve part units.
