摘要
目的:分析综合护理在行B超引导下静脉穿刺技术的ICU患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年8月青岛市城阳区人民医院收治的ICU静脉穿刺困难患者60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。两组均行B超引导下静脉穿刺技术,观察组采用综合护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理措施。比较两组一次性静脉穿刺成功率、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果:观察组一次性静脉穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017)。结论:综合护理在行B超引导下静脉穿刺技术的ICU患者中应用效果显著,提高了一次性穿刺成功率,减少了穿刺对患者造成的静脉损伤、局部血肿、动脉损伤等问题,提高了患者满意度。
Objective:To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing in ICU patients with B-ultrasound-guided venipunction.Methods:Sixty patients with ICU venipentacemia difficulties admitted to Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.Both groups were treated with B-ultrasoundguided venipunction,the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention measures,while the control group was treated with routine nursing measures.The success rate of one-time venipuncture,nursing satisfaction and incidence of complication were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of one-time venipuncture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028);the incidence of complication of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in ICU patients with B-ultrasound-guided venipunction technology has a remarkable effect,which can improve the success rate of one-time puncture,reduce the problems caused by puncture to patients with venous injury,local hematoma,artery injury and so on,and improve patient satisfaction.
