摘要
目的:分析常规治疗联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年7月南方医科大学顺德医院附属陈村医院收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者71例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=36)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上进行阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗。比较两组治疗效果、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗效果总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分低于治疗前,BI评分高于治疗前,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:常规治疗联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓可提高对急性缺血性脑卒中的治疗效果,改善患者的神经功能和生活能力,同时具有较高的安全性。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of conventional therapy combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods:Seventy-one patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Chencun Hospital Affiliated to Shunde Hospital of Southern Medical University from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=36)by random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effect,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Barthel index(BI)score and incidence of complication were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029);after treatment,NIHSS score of both groups was lower than before treatment,BI score was higher than before treatment,NIHSS score of observation group was lower than control group,BI score was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Conventional therapy combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis can improve the therapeutic effect of acute ischemic stroke,improve the neurological function and life ability of patients,and have a high safety.
