汞含量与儿童孤独症的关系探析

摘要 孤独症可能是环境因素和生物因素共同导致的。从环境因素上看,儿童可以通过疫苗、废水、海产品甚至空气接触到汞,自然环境中汞的高暴露性可能是孤独症发生的诱因。从生物因素上看,重金属代谢缓慢可能是孤独症产生的决定性影响因素,在孤独症儿童的血液、牙齿、头发等组织及尿液中都能检测出与健康儿童有差异的汞含量。本研究梳理了有关汞含量与儿童孤独症关系的研究,从环境因素和生物因素两方面阐释汞含量与儿童孤独症的产生和症状严重程度的密切关系。未来的研究可望通过多学科融合为孤独症儿童的症状改善提出合理建议。 Autism may be caused by a combination of environmental and biological factors.From the perspective of environmental factor,children may be exposed to mercury through vaccines,wastewater,seafood,and even the air.High exposure to mercury in the natural environment may be a trigger for autism.From the perspective of biological factors,the slow metabolism of heavy metals may be the decisive influencing factor for the development of autism.Differences in mercury content between autistic children and normal children can be detected in the blood,urine,teeth,hair,and other tissues.This study summarized the studies about the relationship between the mercury levels and childhood autism,and illustrated the mercury content and symptoms of autism from two aspects of environmental and biological factors.In the future,the integration of multiple disciplines is needed to provide suggestions for the improvement of autistic children’s symptoms.
