摘要
为优化“两区”划定工作成果,提高成果的科学性和可用性,本文首先对“两区”和“三区三线”划定工作开展的背景进行了阐述,进而结合灌南县“两区”和“三区三线”划定工作实践,提出当前“两区”划定工作成果中存在的问题,并对其成因进行剖析,进而针对性地提出更新优化的措施,以期为各地开展“两区”划定成果更新优化提供参考。
In order to optimize the results of the"Two Districts"delineation work and improve the scientific and usability of the results,this paper first elaborated on the background of the"Two Districts"and"Three Districts and Three Lines"delineation work,then combined with the practice of the"Two Districts"and"Three Districts and Three Lines"delineation work in Guannan County,posed the problems in the current"Two Districts"delineation work results and analyzed their causes,and proposed targeted measures for updating and optimizing the delineation results of the"Two Districts",in order to provide reference for various districts to carry out updates and optimizations.
