摘要
目的分析单边外架配合金属骨针闭合复位治疗桡骨远端骨折的效果。方法选取2020年4月—2023年5月南京市溧水区中医院收治的108例桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组54例。对照组实施保守复位治疗,观察组实施单边外架配合金属骨针闭合复位治疗。比较两组临床治疗的效果、不良反应发生率、腕关节主动活动度以及桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角。结果观察组腕关节功能复位优良率(96.30%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.960,P=0.026)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.015)。术后3个月,观察组患者腕关节主动活动度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周、1个月,观察组桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组术后1个月桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角与术后1周比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单边外架配合金属骨针闭合复位治疗在桡骨远端骨折患者治疗中的应用能提升患者腕关节功能复位优良率,降低骨折再移位等不良反应的发生率,促进患者腕关节主动活动度的同时还有利于恢复患者桡骨高度、掌倾角、尺偏角。
Objective To analyze the effect of unilateral external frame cooperating with metal bone pin closed reduction in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 108 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative reduction,and the observation group was treated with unilateral external frame combined with closed reduction of metal bone.The effects of clinical treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,active wrist motion,radius height,palmar inclination and ulnar deviation were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of wrist functional reduction in the observation group(96.30%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.960,P=0.026).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.015).The active wrist motion of observation group was higher than that of control group 3 months after operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The height of radius,palmar angle and ulnar declination in observation group were higher than those in control group one week and one month after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in radius height,palmar inclination angle and ulnar deviation angle between the two groups 1 month after surgery and 1 week after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of unilateral external frame cooperating with metal bone pin closed reduction treatment in the treatment of patients with distal radius fracture can improve the excellent rate of functional reduction of the patient's wrist joint,reduce the incidence of fracture re-displacement and oth
