摘要
目的 分析比较飞秒制瓣联合准分子原位角膜磨镶术与板层刀制瓣准分子激光手术(laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)术后临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月—2021年12月常州市第三人民医院收治的100例近视患者的临床资料,根据手术方式分为两组,研究组(50例)采取半飞秒准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术,对照组(50例)采取角膜瓣下准分子原位角膜磨镶术,比较两组手术并发症、裸眼视力(uncorrected vision acuity, UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(bese corrected vision acuity, BCVA)、角膜荧光素染色评分以及生活质量评分。结果 研究组手术后并发症率(6.00%)低于对照组的22.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.021)。研究组UCVA和BCVA均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组角膜荧光素染色评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床近视激光手术中,对近视患者行半飞秒准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术,临床效果更为显著。
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of femtosecond flap preparation combined with excimer in situ keratomileusis and laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods The clinical data of 100 myopia patients admitted to Changzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to the surgical method.The study group(50 cases)underwent half-femtosecond excimer laser in situ keratomileusis,and the control group(50 cases)underwent subflap excimer in situ keratomileusis.Surgical complications,uncorrected vision acuity(UCVA),bese corrected vision acuity(BCVA),corneal fluorescein staining score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative complication rate(6.00%)in the study group was lower than that in the control group(22.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.316,P=0.021).UCVA and BCVA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of corneal fluorescein staining in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical myopia laser surgery,half-femtosecond excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for myopia patients,the clinical effect is more significant.
